We are happy to present a fun filled week of activities to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Presidential Flamingo Fishing Rodeo. There will be nightly events for tenants, guests, anglers and the community in general. We hope you enjoy a fun filled week at Marina Flamingo.

MONDAY, JULY 14 – SALSA & SIPS 5:30-8:00PM 
Salsa dancing and lessons. Flor de Cana Bar, Wine tasting courtesy of Britt, food available from Oceana, Hazel's, BOA.

TUESDAY, JULY 15- A Taste of Flamingo 5:30-9:00PM
Located on the Malecon & throughout the Marina-

WEDNESDAY, JULY 16 – Night Market 5-9:00PM
Join us on the Malecon for the Night Market, Oceana Happy Hour (cash bar outside) Live music, Carlos hiller's Maritime Expo - art & photobooth, Cash bar outside of Britt.

THURSDAY, JULY 17 - MOVIE NIGHT
Malecon 5:30-8:00PM
Join us for a Spanish movie with English subtitles. Snacks available for purchase provided by JP’s, complimentary popcorn and cash bar provided by Oceana.

Welcome to this year’s Presidential Challenge, where skill, strategy, and sportsmanship come together. Below is the official schedule to help you prepare and maximize your tournament experience.

FRIDAY, JULY 18 — Tournament Day 1 & Registration
4:00–6:00 PM – Final Registration & Check-in
King Fisher Lounge
Ensure your registration is complete and review the official rules and format.
6:00–8:00 PM – Welcome Reception
Grand Lobby
• Oceana-branded free coconut cocktail
• Entertainment includes a live Marimba band and Folkloric dancers, followed by DJ Uriel Chavarria
• Cash bars are available at Oceana and Gurme/Britt, with one complimentary drink upon registration.
7:00 PM – Mandatory Rules Meeting
*At least one person from each team must attend to discuss tournament regulations, safety, and any updates.

SATURDAY, JULY 19 — Tournament Day 2
5:30–6:30 AM – Angler’s Breakfast
Start early with a hearty breakfast before heading out. Live music at boat departure by Profe Guadamuz Band at Heliport
10:00 AM–12:00 PM – Kids’ Marine Art Workshop (Optional)

4:00 PM – 6:00PM – Boats Return. Score sheets and video review on the Malecon next to the stairs.
5:00–7:00 PM – Live Rock Music by Rum Runner
7:00–10:00 PM – Live Latin Music by Calle Latina and a live painting by Carlos Hiller
6:00–9:00 PM – Saturday Night Fiesta at El Malecón
